LESLEY GORE LISTEN DOWN
We all got together and listened down to the unmixed version of "Ever Since," Lesley's new record. Indian food, a case of Veuve Clicquot...sure.
It sounds focused and thoughtful and brave and all of it. She sings the hell out of it. I think the Most Improved Player award goes to "Words We Don't Say" which I helped write. It's crazy good, and one of my favorite guitar solos I've ever played.
I think that's going to be available late spring/summer...? Can't be soon enough, to me.
